FLEMINGSBERG IS CENTRALLY LOCATED in the heart of Sweden, and is a 15-minute ride by train from Stockholm, the capital of Scandinavia. A new tramline, known as Spårväg Syd, is planned for Flemingsberg in preparation for the large expansion of the area. Additionally, the new Södertörnsleden roadway and the new bypass around Stockholm will improve communications to and from Flemingsberg. The city’s proximity to nature also makes it an attractive place to live. A variety of residential developments including everything from apartments to single-family homes have been built in recent years.
